How To Send Us Your File

Please Check That:

• all layers are flattened & you are sending an appropriate format (NOTE; we do not accept Illustrator, Corel Draw, In Design or CAAD) Send only PDF, TIFF, JPG, PSD files, etc.
• Your file is laid out on an appropriate size (A4, A3, A3+, A2 or A1, etc) and that all images are within the printable areas for sheet prints.
• Your instructions are clearly indicated in an email, PDF or text file along with your full contact details.
  

When Sending Multiple Files Electronically:

• Please do not send 12 files one by one. It’s too easy to miss something this end due to the huge quantity of emails received here daily.
• Zip up everything, including your instructions & details (Download Winzip here)
  

When You Are Sure Your Files Are Correct:

• call in with your files on a CD, DVD or USB stick
  or email us with clear instructions and contact details with your files attached
• if your files are large, send them to us via www.SendThisFile.com which is free up to 100Mb
  

When Sending Us Builders Plans:

• Send us PDF, TIFF, etc files. (NOTE; we do not accept CAAD drawings)
• Separate all files which you need printed & place in a separate Folder for each group (EG; Architectal, Hydraulic, Structural) we do not have the capacity to separate individual drawings from amongst large groups of Folders containing multiple drawings.
• tell us clearly what size to print each set of drawings (EG; A1, A2, A3 or A4)
• We cannot print AO plan drawings from files. You’ll need to bring in a hard copy and we’ll make copies from that set.
  Please do not send us multiple emails with multiple attachments, as it is too easy to miss something amongst the large volume of emails we receive daily.
