- Be fanatical about quality – do it better. Marketing is all about perception. What is the perception your marketing materials / office / vehicles are producing? How can you be perceived as being unique and better than other competitors?
- With all promotions, buyers must be motivated to buy. Remember to promote the benefits – not the features. Benefits sell your products and services. Features do not! They only tell.
- Make it easy for your customer; don’t make them work for it. Your product or services should be easy to access. Ensure that all of your printed material actually heaves benefits at your readers so much, that they will be filled with an insatiable thirst to find out who you are and how they can contact you.
